Hi there,
I was wondering whether the push outwards from the core of the body is to happen at every moment during riding or just particular times. It would make sense that this would be occurring all the time, however, when I have done this it is extremely difficult to maintain this for long periods of time as it requires tremendous concentration in addition to abdominal strength.
